Mirotic Shanghai

October 5, 2009

I just saw the pics from TVXQ’s Shanghai stop on their mirotic tour, and hell to the yes am I jealous. I was lucky enough to be able tos core tickets to the Beijing stop on their tour, but I have to be honest when I say that it was quite disappointing compared to Shanhai. First of all, similar to Nanjing, Seoul, and Bangkok, fans were all able to interract quite well with our boys. That was not the case in Beijing, only the people sitting in section A had even a chance of getting a glimpse at their beautiful faces 🙂 Not to mention that one of the screens where their enlarged pictures were projected on started to slip as it RAINED. Goddamnit, why don’t good things ever happen to me? But, I shouldn’t be saying anything like that, getting seats to a TVXQ concert is a daunting task, and I am grateful and blessed for being able to have gone there.

Highlights of Shanghai

MICKY gave flowers to the fans during Love Bye Love (T.T)

Hero bent down so that the fans could get a close up of his face (fannn service) ~oh how i love that adorkable man

Changmin’s hair needs to be cut (but he looked cute >.<)

Checkmate ~~~~~~~ no comment ~~~~~~~ especially with Mr. Yunho breakin’ some hearts with that female dancer ~~~~~~ (i hope she’s still alive . . . .  jk . . . . .)

~Always Keep the Faith~

I got back from my trip to China a few weeks ago, to go see my lovely Joongie perform live at Beijing Workers Stadium, and let me tell you one thing. IT WAS FRICKIN AMAZING. Nothing less of what i’d expect of TVXQ!

Before the concert started everyone was super hyped up and fully loaded with goods bought from the legion of venders outside selling some crafty DBSK goods. And the best thing was, you could get about 20 posters for only 100 rmb!! And boy oh boy did i buy a LOT of stuff from the outside. Some of the cutest stuff included Hero’s ah-dorable Keroppi fan and these really cool TVXQ umbrellas :).

One of the funniest things I remember was “YunJae” getting onto stage with their balloon costumes on and posing for pictures for fans. Wow. That is dedication or some very good bribing to get two grown men . . . or women to dress up in cute furry animal costumes for the whole 40,000 viewers to see. XD

Something that I found really cool was that some fan sites or blogs like yours truly would set up these light signs that were so big are boys could even see them on stage.

Well ever since Ji Hoo (Kim Hyun Joong) came out with his new haircut on Boys Over Flowers, there have been a lot of comparisons between the oh-so lovely Ji Hoo and my beau Hero Jae Joong.

Well, there are many comparisons to start off with.

They’re hair for one. I don’t know if anybody’s seen the survivor PV yet, but boy oh boy is it awesome!! Hero has been seen flaunting a new hair color very similar to that of Kim Hyun Joong. The thing is, who had it first? In my opinion it was Hero, but anybody can make their own argument.

SS501 vs. DBSK

I’m sorry, but there’s just no competition there, for me at least. I’ve gotta stick by DBSK, they’ve been my favorite band for a long time, and they will continue to be my fave band. Don’t believe me?

Compare the Mirotic MV of DBSK’s to SS501’s Deja Vu

Style (Clothing)

Maybe it’s just Ji Hoo in the drama, but a lot of the clothes he wears in BOF is VERY similar to Joongie’s only personal style. Which gets us thinking, just exactly what are the outfit coordinators on that show thinking? After all, BOF cast opportunities were offered to DBSK first!!

Is it just me, or is Hyun Joong starting to look A LOT like Hero. Come on, there’s the smile, the EARRINGS, which looked VERY similar to those that Hero’s been wearing lately. Well, I know a lot of girls out there LOVE Hero, and I mean come on, what’s not to love. What’s so bad about having another lookalike to go ga-ga over?
